mixed experience with clear drawbacks
lack privacy intense noise
the location was good with easy access to the beach.
The room i had faced a corridor, this lacked privacy. there was a weird window into the corridor. Light constantly streamed in, disturbing my sleep. the noise from outside was intense, and i could hear everything.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. The hotel provides complimentary water and coffee ALL day at the beach bar. This WAS appreciated.
The service was quite cold and NOT inviting. The breakfast was a real let down , the beds were hard.

excellent location good breakfast friendly staff
The location is excellent, very close to the walking street. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. The hotel provides complimentary pickup and drop-off service. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, they offered prompt assistance whenever needed.
The pool area can sometimes get crowded, limiting the availability of sun loungers during peak hours.

A mixed stay. Some issues noted
noisy air conditioning cold breakfast
The air conditioning in my beautiful double room sea view was quite noisy, and this made it difficult to sleep. despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved . i also found the breakfast to be lacking. Some items were cold. there was a mosquito net, it was too small for the bed, and i got bitten during the night, it was annoying.

Fantastic beachfront stay!

I found the staff to be very helpful. They arranged transportation to and from the jetty. I also appreciated that the breakfast area overlooked the sunrise. The white sandy beach provided a relaxing environment, and the staff offered good service. Internet access in the room was stable as I worked, allowing a good connection.

The pool features a dedicated kids section and a deeper area for adults. Complimentary pickup and drop-off at the ferry terminal added convenience. The hotel has a lovely cat. It enhanced the island vibe of the resort.

The location offers direct access to the beach. The hotel is a short distance from the best beach. It's also a reasonable walk to the walking street without shady roads, so I found it Convenient.

Breakfast included both Thai and Western dishes. The buffet selection provided various options. The view during breakfast showcased crystal blue water and a sunrise, so IT was fine.

The room WAS spacious and clean with working wifi and air conditioning. Bedding and towels were changed daily. The room size met expectations. I found it quiet and safe.

limited sunbeds many stairs
The beach area lacked enough sunbeds . Many guests reserved them early. This made it difficult to find a place to relax during the day. Also , my room was at the back of the hotel, requiring me to climb many stairs.
